Understanding local registration requirements is crucial if you're considering a Kei truck as a UTV (Utility Task Vehicle). While it is rare, some local laws may prevent Kei trucks from being registered as UTVs if Kei trucks are explicitly mentioned in laws prohibiting their registration.
